Management, Training, and Policy Development
Training and Consulting Services offers a full range of specialized services for correctional program managers and administrators who need reliable information about suicide risk management or mental health issues. Unlike many consultation efforts targeted at correctional organizations, our services and training programs are offered by experienced mental health professionals with more than a quarter century of experience in providing direct clinical service, staff training, and mental health program administration. As a result, we know exactly what the problems are and can offer practical solutions that have been acquired after years of struggling with these complex issues on a day-to-day basis. We offer a multifaceted approach to the issues of program needs assessment, staff training, and if necessary, post-incident investigation as well as the adequacy of oversight procedures and systems of control.
